What I offer

Therapy that meets you where you are

Every person who walks through my door — or logs on to a session — brings a unique story. My work is to help you understand yours, and to find a path forward that feels true to who you are.

Teen Counseling

A safe space for adolescents to be heard

Adolescence is one of the most complex and challenging seasons of life. I work with teens navigating identity, school stress, family conflict, social pressure, and the weight of figuring out who they are. I meet teens where they are — not where adults think they should be.

  • Identity and self-esteem
  • Academic and social stress
  • Family dynamics and communication
  • Anxiety and depression in adolescents

Anxiety & Depression

Finding steadier ground

Anxiety and depression can make even ordinary days feel impossible. Therapy won't make hard things disappear — but it can help you understand what's driving them, build tools to cope, and reconnect with a sense of possibility. You don't have to keep white-knuckling it alone.

  • Generalized anxiety and worry
  • Panic and social anxiety
  • Depression and low mood
  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

Religious Trauma

Processing faith, loss, and rebuilding

Leaving or questioning a faith community — especially one that shaped your entire worldview — can be disorienting, painful, and isolating. I offer a non-judgmental space to process grief, deconstruct harmful beliefs, and rebuild a sense of self and meaning on your own terms.

  • Deconstruction and faith transitions
  • Spiritual abuse and high-control groups
  • Grief and identity after leaving religion
  • Rebuilding values and meaning

How I work

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person is different, and the way we work together will be shaped by what you need — not a rigid protocol.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I'll challenge you when it's helpful and hold space when you need to be heard. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed practices.

Telehealth available

All services are available via secure video sessions, so you can access care from wherever you feel most comfortable — home, office, or anywhere in between.

Not sure which service fits?

That's completely okay. A free 15-minute consultation is the best way to figure out if we're a good fit and what kind of support would help most.
